If you are unsure about technical jargon that comes with your new technology we may be able to help you decipher the literature. If you would like to know the advantages of upgrading your PC and unsure about which of the different types of Hard Drives, CD/DVD Rom Drives, CPU Chips etc would be better for you to aquire, contact us and we will be pleased to help.

Training

We will provide basic training, if needed, with our entire computer systems purchased enabling you to be able to get the most out of your PC and help you on your way to learn more through your own knowledge.

In more advanced training we can help you gain knowledge on the internal workings of a PC or help you understand how you can get the most out of your software.

Deliveries and Pick-ups

The Delivery of your product is as important to us aswell as you.

We offer to our local customers free delivery and pick-up within Caithness and have engineers in both Wick and Thurso daily.

Customers out with the Caithness area may be subject to a fee. Contact us for more details on prices, we are only a phone call away.

Data Recovery

Have you accidentally deleted information precious to you? Has you're computer broken down with all your data inside?

If the answer to either of those questions is yes, we maybe able help. Jektec have access to specialist data recovery software which can find those lost files and bring them back.
